The Nile Court

The Nile Court is a floating market on the Roda–Manasterly waterfront in Cairo, formed as an archipelago of modular pavilions around an open courtyard. Its concept, “the river is the architect”, derives the form from the flow of the Nile. Modules for makers, food, culture and events, gardens and services can be combined in linear, cluster or flexible configurations.
